5. Orders, Payments & Cancellations

a. Placing Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address and details are correct.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order; it simply confirms that we have received it. Your order is accepted once payment is verified and the items are dispatched.

b. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by contacting Support@kidnavi.co.uk. We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days (1–3 during peak season), so once this window has passed, or once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — including in cases of courier delay. c. Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways, processed through our payment providers Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely; we do not store your full card details on our own servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically handled within 1–2 business days (1–3 during peak season). We offer Standard and Express shipping options, with most orders arriving within 5–7 business days in total. Full shipping costs and timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. As stated above, an order already in transit cannot be cancelled due to delivery delays.

7. Returns & Refunds

In short:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unopened and unused, or if it is faulty or arrived damaged.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
  • The customer covers return shipping, except where the item is faulty or arrived damaged in transit.
  • Faulty or defective products receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.

8. Product Warranty

All KidNavi products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Modifications or repairs not performed by KidNavi.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
