30-Day Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Here’s how it works:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging (including all accessories and manuals).

  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

  • If an item shows signs of use or handling (e.g. fingerprints, scratches, or wear), a 20% restocking fee may apply.

  • Used, damaged, or customer-modified items cannot be accepted for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.


1-Year Extended Manufacturer Warranty

All Kidnavi products include our standard 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
But if you’d like extra peace of mind, you can extend your protection for a full year.

What’s Included

For just £19.99 per year, you’ll get:

  • 1-year full manufacturer warranty starting from your purchase date

  • Coverage for technical faults, manufacturing defects, or non-functioning parts

  • Free replacement or repair for eligible issues

  • Full refund if the product cannot be repaired or replaced

This plan ensures your product is protected well beyond the initial 30 days — giving you confidence and convenience for an entire year.

You can add the 1-Year Kidnavi Protection Plan directly at checkout or purchase it later through our website.


What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Items damaged by misuse, impact, or water exposure

  • Products that have been opened, altered, or repaired by anyone outside Kidnavi

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Lost or stolen items


How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at Support@kidnavi.co.uk with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem.

  2. Assessment
    Our support team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and confirm whether it qualifies under warranty.

  3. Return or Replacement
    If approved, we’ll provide a return label (for faulty products) or ship a replacement.
    Refunds for warranty-approved issues are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
